| Why we're raising prices
Most of our prices haven’t changed for a long time.
But from April, a number of major cost increases all hit at once:
- minimum wage increases
- national insurance increases
- rising fuel and operating costs
- business rates increasing significantly
Together, that adds tens of thousands of pounds in additional costs for a venue like ours.
Despite this, we’re not raising prices to stand still. We’re raising them so we can keep improving.
| Why 'average' doesn't cut it
If you’ve ever organised a group event, you’ll know how this goes:
- You find something that looks like a bargain.
- It ticks the boxes.
- Seems like an easy win.
Then you turn up, and realise why it was cheap. A flat atmosphere, really average service and nothing memorable. What should have been a great occasion ends up feeling underwhelming.
That is the difference between paying less, and spending well. When money is hard-earned, and everything feels more expensive, you can’t afford to waste it on something average.

Over the last few years, we’ve reinvested heavily into improving the experience across the entire venue.

- New packages combining food, drink and activities
Our goal is to make every visit feel more premium, complete, and memorable. We want to be the best!
| Why we're not trying to be the cheapest
We’ve never aimed to be the lowest-priced option.
The cheapest option often comes with compromises, and those compromises show up in your experience.

One of the biggest upgrades we’ve made is our food and drink offering.

In fact, with our Signature package, you get bottomless drinks and pizza for just £20 extra per person.
