Spectators

Yes – we welcome spectators, but please let us know if you are planning to bring more than 2-3 guests so that we can safely manage venue capacity.

  • All spectators are present at their own risk.

We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 8 to our venue.

  • Whilst we will always try to accommodate all guests, we provide primarily adult-focused (and noisy!) fun that is not suited for younger guests.

Safety

Yes - it's safe, provided you obey the rules. But like all activities, there is an element of risk.

  • Our activities are all safely managed to minimise risk, and compared to most other ‘action’ sports, our activities are far less prone to injuries.
  • We are long established and experienced operators with an excellent safety record.
  • We're also a leading member of the National Karting Association, who inspect circuits and issue guidelines for karting operators across the UK.
  • All activities and sports carry an element of risk and the potential for injury, despite all reasonable precautions being taken. With respect to this, you participate in our activities at your own risk.

Yes. You’ll be given all the information and training needed for you to be able to safely participate in your activity.

In the unlikely event that you do have an accident, it’s very likely you’ll go home with no more than a bruise or scrape.

Even minor injuries are extremely rare at our venue.

However, for your peace of mind, we have a well trained team and several first-aiders on site should the need arise.

Safety relies on our guests listening carefully to our instructions and following the basic rules laid out.

  • If we feel that any participant is unable or unwilling to do the above, and are putting the safety of themselves, other participants or our team at an unacceptable level of risk, we reserve the right to remove them from the activity without notice.
  • Antisocial, abusive, lewd or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • There are penalty systems in place to warn participants for minor rule-breaking.
  • You’ll get more enjoyment out of your experience if you keep within the rules, so behave!

Yes. We have a café/snack bar and kitchen at the venue serving snacks, food and drinks.

  • Small orders of hot food can usually be catered for on the day, subject to availability.
  • Large groups (or smaller groups looking to guarantee availability) must pre-book hot food/catering in advance.

No. As we serve food and drink in-house, you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink without prior permission.

  • If permitted, bringing your own food and drink would normally incur a cover charge, which would include the cost of renting a private room and cleaning afterwards.
  • This policy is in line with most restaurants, bars and leisure establishments.

  • Please check this with us when booking.
  • Please note that despite our best efforts, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of any allergens from our ingredients, at source, or in our cooking environment.

Participants may not be under the influence of alcohol.

  • However, alcohol consumption may be permissible after your event.
  • We are in the process of obtaining a premises licence. However, in the meantime, please contact us in advance if you would like to bring your own drinks to consume afterwards.
  • Participants who are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be prevented from participating, at our discretion. This is for the safety of all participants and staff. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued.
  • Escape Room participants are exempt from this rule, unless deemed to be excessively under the influence and a risk to themselves or others (or will be participating in another activity).
Vouchers

Yes! Head to the vouchers page to see the vouchers we have available.

They make a great gift – or you can grab them if you’re keen on booking but don’t yet have a date in mind for your event.

Vouchers can be redeemed whilst making your booking, either online or over the phone.

  • You’ll need to supply the voucher number to redeem, and the voucher will need to be presented on arrival (digitally or paper format).
  • Please note that failure to attend a booking that has been redeemed with a voucher will not entitle you to a transfer, voucher refund or credit.

Don’t panic! As long as your voucher hasn’t yet expired, you can book an event to take place after your expiry.

Please let us know with as much notice as possible if you’re worried about using your voucher before the expiry date.

If you’ve purchased a voucher online, we’ll have a digital record and can resend your voucher.

Unfortunately vouchers, discounts or offers issued in person at the venue are not recorded against specific names and cannot be reissued if lost.

Cancellation

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This is in line with nearly all limited-capacity operations, as once booked we turn away other potential bookings for your slot.
  • Our costs are mainly incurred in preparing your event.
  • We’ll always try and be as flexible as possible. If you think you may have an issue keeping to any of your booking terms, get in touch as far in advance as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

If your participant/team number decreases from the amount stated when booking, you are not automatically entitled to a refund or transfer.

However, we’ll always try and be as flexible as possible. If you think you may drop numbers, get in touch as far in advance as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

No. Unfortunately, the nature of our business means that our costs are nearly all incurred in advance of your arrival, in preparing for your participation.

We are not able to refund you should you change your mind about participating on the day.

In the unlikely situation that an event has to be cancelled by us due to circumstances outside of our control, we will try to inform you at the earliest opportunity and will rebook you, if appropriate, on another day.

However, payments cannot be refunded and no claims will be accepted relating to costs incurred as a result of a cancellation.
