Unfortunately as your event is days away, we are not able to credit/refund any drop-outs.

Our costs are incurred in preparing for your event, and once reserved we turn away other potential bookings for your time.

However, you can offer the places of drop-outs to other eligible participants. We can remove surplus registrations on the day.
