|Re-Opening 4th July!

A warm welcome back to Formula Fast!

Formula Fast are reopen on the 4th July, with some big upgrades – as well as a few changes to make your experience safer, more exciting and more enjoyable than ever before.

A few measures have been created to make sure our opening is as smooth and safe as possible, meaning you still get the same great experience, just a little different.

We’ve been busy kitting out the track, wiping the dust off our karts and giving our reception area a little TLC ready for your arrival, we can’t wait to see you!

INFORMATION: What to do on the day of your event

We’re so excited to welcome you back and can’t wait to host your events and parties in the near future.

We’ve made a short video explaining the measures that we have put in place here at the Formula Fast, please take a look before you visit to make sure you know exactly what to expect.

LIMITING FORMATS

There will be a limit on daily capacity and all visitors to the track will need to pre-book online prior to arrival. Places will be available on a first come first served basis so get in quick to book your next karting event with us, this can be done over the phone or on our new online booking system!

REGISTRATION

Registering before coming is essential. In your booking confirmation email you will have a link to register your drivers which will need to be done before your event, as usual there will be a short video and a de-brief to ensure we can get you guys on track as fast as possible.

PAYMENT

We’ll normally take payment for your drive in advance, but in case you do need to make a purchase on the day, please remember to bring a card with you or ensure your phone is able to make contactless payments, as we’re not currently accepting cash at the venue.

SPECTATORS

For the moment we ask that you don’t bring spectators. To keep in line with government guidance on social distancing we are only allowing those driving to enter the track along with two supervising adults for Juniors.

INSTRUCTIONS

We always need you to listen carefully to our instructions, but it’s more important than ever that you keep yourselves and others safe by watching out for – and following – all instructions and signage at the venue. They’re designed to keep everything running smoothly – and to keep the track operational.

FEELING UNWELL?

Guests – and staff – feeling unwell with a temperature or new, persistent cough are being encouraged to stay at home. You won’t be doing anyone – or yourself – any favours by participating when you’re poorly, and you’ll enjoy the experience a lot more if you come back when you’re feeling better.

INFORMATION: What you can expect from us

A small rundown on what to expect on race day..

When you visit Formula Fast, please make sure you stay in your car until your designated arrival time – if you are unsure of this, check your booking confirmation.

ARRIVAL

When it is time to go in, you will notice a new traffic light system. This controls the entry into the venue and helps groups navigate safely to and from our reception area without bumping into each other (it is a non-contact sport, after all…)

ENTRANCE

Please wait for the lights to turn green before heading inside! When everyone in your group is in, make your way up the stairs to the reception area where you will find multiple hand sanitising stations dotted around. Our team will be wearing facemarks and gloves and we ask that you also wear gloves and balaclavas, we can either provide these for £3.99 or you’re more than welcome to bring your own.

RACE GEAR SANITISATION

We’ve ordered state-of-the-art Ozone cleaning cabinets, which are usually used in a medical environment, to clean and sanitise all racewear and helmets after every use, for your peace of mind.

PRIVATE EVENTS

If you’ve been to us before, you know that Formula Fast is all about providing the very best exclusive motorsport experience. This just got even better, as groups who have booked private events or parties with us will now have their own dedicated area to themselves for the duration of their event.

FOOD & DRINKS SERVICE

And if this wasn’t enough, we’re also offering room service for food and drink, so you’ll be able to have hot food, snacks and drinks brought directly to you, without the need to go to our café. There will be instructions on how to order in each room – or you can order these when booking.

KEEPING FORMULA FAST CLEAN

Finally, it should go without saying that we’ll be working overtime to keep the venue clean and spotless. However, we always appreciate our guests helping to keep things tidy, so please use the bins provided and keep your belongings to hand.
