|The Mission Direct 6 Hour Team Endurance

Formula Fast take great pleasure in announcing that a charity event on behalf of Mission Direct is to be held on Sunday 25th May.

The event is to help raise funds and awareness for Formula Fast regular Rob Aston to participate in a scheme which makes a practical and lasting difference to the lives of the world’s poorest people.

Rob will be heading out to participate in two weeks of charity work in Eastern Uganda, helping to build houses, classrooms and clinics, and working with underprivileged families and orphan children.

Each charity worker is responsible for raising the money required to finance the trip and support the charity itself. As a keen motorsport fan and participant, Rob will be hosting the Mission Direct 6 Hour Team Endurance with Formula Fast, and all profits from the event will be going towards this worthy cause.

The cost is £390 per team. Arrival time is 10.30am (complimentary bacon sandwich and tea on arrival), after which follows a 30 Minute Qualifying session to decide the grid, followed by a demanding 6 Hour Race in which teams battle it out for the top step on the podium. Strategy and driver changes are crucial, and additionally the event will feature a refuelling window at two points during the race.

Entries are open to the public, however due to the more competitive nature of the event we would not recommend it to complete beginners. Entries are limited to 10 teams in total (approx 6 to 10 per team recommended to share the driving) and 4 teams have already booked in, so entries are expected to fill fast. A £100 deposit is required to secure your slot.

Call 01908 371240 and speak to Stan or Ollie to book your place today.
