NKA Inspection Documents

Please upload your documents in advance of your inspection. Your inspector will review these documents and contact you if further information is required.

• You can save your progress and come back to the form at any point. A link to your form will be generated when you click the ‘Save’ button.
• Ensure your documents are dated and within expiry, where required.
• Photos of documents are accepted, as long as they are readable
• Please have your documents uploaded at least 7 days prior to your inspection (the earlier the better).
• If you have any queries, please contact your NKA Inspector.
